Some people are leaving good reviews because they've got the things they ordered no problem. And they're cheap. So maybe you've decided to risk it, but please note this 1st: If there is any issue with your order (like mine, just never arrives) you will not be able to contact them. Try ringing them before you order to test this. They won't pick up the phone. They also won't respond to your emails asking where the goods you bought are, or then pleading for your money back at least. SO...if you read this and still decide to go ahead, please please please pay with PayPal. It was only because I had done so that I was able to raise a complaint with them (which tennis point ignored completely) and then PayPal stepped in and refunded. TP is rogue, protect yourselves if you use.

Like so many reviewers, I have had an awful customer experience of dealing with Tennis Point. I ordered uni-hoc sticks and over-grips for an Easter Tennis Camp on 29 Mar which has obviously long since passed. My account page still shows shipping is in progress, but confusingly when clicking on tracking information, states that there is no record of my order. I have been repeatedly calling the customer services number since the beginning of April and haven't been able to speak to a single person, I doubt I ever will ! E-Mails have been sent etc.. - no replies !!! I can easily tolerate delays in shipping, if the situation is explained, but Tennis Point's customer service, well quite frankly is at best terrible and at worst non existent. PLEASE DONT take the risk of ordering goods with Tennis Point.

Falsely promised free return of the goods
In their global website's help center they state clearly:
Return:
If you do not like the products or if the size does not fit, you have the possibility to send them back to us within the next 30 days after receipt of the goods. The purchasing price will be booked to your account.
1. Please fill in the accompanying document. (Number of items to be returned)
2. Go to your local courier service and send the items back to us. A return label is not provided.
3. Keep the receipt until you receive a confirmation that we have received your parcel.
It not possible to return the parcel free, but there is NO MENTION about this on web site. Customer service does not not care, they answer what ever.
Would not recommend buying anything unless 100% certain that you will not need to return anything back.
I am very disappointed, poor customer service and information.

21st April returned-I ordered 5 items and sent back 3. I filled in the returns form but was only received a refund for 2 of the items. I have emailed twice- but no one has had the courtesy to reply. Very disappointed indeed!

I ordered some tennis shoes on Sunday, got an email on Monday saying it was processed and shipped with a tracking number that allowed me to track progress until it was delivered on Thursday. I was worried after reading these reviews on here that I was in for a credit card insurance claim but it all went smoothly. I guess they could make it clearer that they are not UK based, but they sell items “duty paid” so customs clearance is not an issue. I did email there customer service on Sunday and never got a reply, just the automated response otherwise I would have given them 5 stars, but they are a genuine company selling tennis gear, not a scam website as some are claiming on here.

I used to be fairly happy with tennis point before Brexit, but this year the standard of service has seriously gone downhill. I have been a customer for several years and my only issue before was that their address system does not seem compatible with the UK market and often jumbled up the address meaning that I wasted a lot of time waiting for a delivery that never arrived, as the delivery people could not work out where to deliver it. I however found that if I ignored their text boxes and just used the various boxes to input any info I wanted till it read like a proper British address, all was ok.I previously found their returns a bit slow, but had no real problems.However, I returned an item a few weeks ago since their system of returns changed and I have not received a refund yet. The return used to be to Germany and it enclosed the relevant forms to submit, but now the return is to some British depot and they send three copies of your invoice in the box without properly explaining how to do a return. The new system is a mess.They say on their site that they answer every e-mail. Well that seems to be untrue. I have not had any response and it’s been around a week now. I have tried calling and their customer service number, but it seems it is only open during very restricted hours. Will keep trying to get my money back, but this experience has left me reluctant to buy anything from them again due to the uncertainty as to whether you will get your money back if you need to do a return. I see others on this site have had the same experience. Sorry TP you have lost a customer and I would not recommend you to others. I would only recommend to avoid this site and spend the couple of extra pounds and go elsewhere.

Defective product (tennis shorts) supplied. The drawstring broke within a handful of uses. Refused to refund, replace or even to send out a replacement product. Very poor. Would not use again.

If you need to adjust anything in your order (wrong item/delivery address) you can forget about it. A reply to an email will take forever and if you try to phone customer support nobody answers. There is just an annoying background music that perhaps indicates you are in a queue. A never ending queue...

I made my order on 2nd April.After Easter I e-mailed tennis-point how long was it going to take. They send me e-mail back after week and a half with the tracking number. It's been a week and the action hasn't changed. It looks like it's been in the transit for a week...?It takes a long time from the moment when you order till you receive your item (if you receive your item..?)I hope my item is going to reach UK finally. Not very reliable webside. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Poor customer service.

Poor customer service - Order cancelled after 1.5 months waitingI ordered a pair of tennis shoes on 06/02/21 and after chasing them they told me on 18/03/21 that they were going to cancel my cancelled my order due to lack of stock. The most interesting thing is that they were still selling those shoes in their website even if they told me they had no stock.

Earlier I wrote a bad review based on rumours and fake news about the tax and duty coming into UK from Germany. It is not true. The company is great and my products got here without being penalised by customs charges like orders from USA. The only caveat is that due to border issues as well as covid delivery take longer. Overall great company and I have ordered many items from them in the past and happy to continue to do so

Agree with last review- do not order from this company. Order 6 Dec. Did not receive before end December. Cancelled order but still no refund so have logged complaint with PayPal.
